TERMS

 

Sheets, towels, table linen, pool towels are provided. The beds are made on your arrival.

Free Wifi, DVD player, library, baby high chair, barbecue, tour guides, hospitality products;

Cleaning (14€/h) and babysitting services are available.

Extra baby cot :  20€/week

Arrivals are from 4 PM. Departures if possible no later than 10 AM. 

In High season the week (7 days) runs from Saturday  to  Saturday. The rest of the year shorts stays (from 5 nignts) are possible whatever the day of arrival.

5 nights = Price per night increased by 6 %

8 nignts =Price per night increased by 6 %

 

 

Electricity is inclued in the rental price in July and August. .

Electricity (electric heating and lighting) is on a meter .the rest of the year with a deductible fee of 60 KW per week.

Well behaved dogs and cats are welcome (95€/week per animal).

Sadly only one pet per stay.

A deposit of 30 % of the rental fee is required on confirmation of booking. Balance of rental is to be paid three weeks before your visit.

When you arrive and are given the keys, you will be asked to give a 700 € deposit (800 € with a pet). Before you leave, we will go through the house with you and as long as there is no damage, we will immediately reimburse your deposit.

A tourism tax of 1,54 €per nignt and per adult is payable by the tenants at arrival.

All rental payments must be made in euros

 

We are more than happy to arrange restaurant reservations for you and if you wish to do some shopping before your arrival.
